Pair your device again

Motion sensor

Use the Help page in your Home Assistant app. The video shows the buttons and indicator lights to look for.

Follow the guide for your installed device. If its buttons or indicator lights differ, contact us on LINE before continuing.

Follow these steps

Start on the Help page. Scroll down and tap the Re-pair Device button.

Select the device you want to pair.

Then tap Start to begin the process.

When the screen shows Pairing Open, put the device into pairing mode.

This is the motion sensor. The pairing button is here.

Press and hold it until the indicator light starts blinking.

Then release the button.

Finally, wait for pairing to finish.
